Villa Marini is made up of independent apartments and a studio apartment for a total of 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Kitchens and bathrooms for the exclusive use of each apartment. The ground floor apartment can be divided into two independent units (Sandalo Blu and Rosa) or entirely with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa has large open spaces belonging to the individual apartments and common areas as well as 2 outdoor showers with hot water.

The rooms can accommodate an average of 3 people, more than the sofa beds in the living area.  

In a terrace of one of the apartments we have created an above ground swimming pool but level with the terrace of the apartment connected by a wooden platform. The swimming pool, equipped with a filtering system, measures 7.30x3.66m of water with a height of 1.2m.

Private internal shaded parking with 6 parking spaces. TV with satellite decoder. A two-seater canoe is available for guests.

The villa can be booked for exclusive use and can accommodate up to 30 people or alternatively one or more of the individual apartments can be booked .
